Message from the President and CEO

Dear Friends of Navtech,

Welcome to the second issue of Trim Tabs! Our newsletter provides us with a way to share recent accomplishments and keep you informed of upcoming plans. At Navtech, we’re proud of our reputation for responsive customer service and this communication vehicle enables us to be more proactive in supporting our customers.

2010 has already proven to be a dynamic year for the aviation industry. The Navtech team continues our steadfast plan to provide quality products and services with a number of highlights we’d like to showcase in this issue.

One of our key projects this year is our EFB initiative. We are very focused on assuring that our applications will work well with whichever EFB arrangement our customers believe will work best for them. We will work with you to create the best solution possible. We recently attended the ARINC EFB Workshop and the Star Alliance EFB Working Group meeting and were encouraged regarding feedback on our EFB strategy.

We aim to keep our communication channels open to you and will appreciate your feedback on our newsletter at trimtabs@navtech.aero. It is our ongoing pleasure to provide you with our software products that help you effectively manage your operations.

Mike Hulley
