Airport Data for the Russian Federation A Day in the Life of a Performance Engineer |
Message from the President and CEO
As we approach the second half of 2011 it is important to find time to reflect. Navtech has been very busy and there is no stopping our pace. This month at the IATA AGM, we announced our adoption of a more energetic growth strategy involving product expansion, new and strengthened partnerships and distribution into new geographic markets. As an example, we are hosting a one-day Product Roadmap meeting in Melbourne, Australia this August. As I’ve said before, this strategy is not just about us…it’s a win-win for the market as more competition means more choices for customers.
Navtech was proud to attend many industry events this spring at varied locations: Dubai, Nashville, Bahamas, and Miami. This was no small feat considering we also hosted a tremendously successful User Group Forum of our own May 10-12th in Florida. We are very proud of the customer participation rate at this event; our rewarding and interesting speaking and workshop engagements; and, our staff and guests’ enjoyment of the tropical location and our social events. It was a wonderful experience. News about our 2012 User Group Forum will be posted to www.navtech.aero soon.
The Navtech Charts product has evolved this past year and in the spirit of our customer intimacy corporate value we’ve established a new group, the Navtech Charts Council. This select group of customer representatives will discuss our Charts products, the market, and their needs, with Navtech staff, with the intention to improve Navtech’s deliverables and service.
Our annual customer survey was distributed June 16th. We thank all our customers for participating as we value your feedback. Knowing our customers more intimately will help us to provide the best products and services in return. If you did not receive an email invitation to participate in this customer survey please contact Andrea Murray (amurray@navtech.aero).
Please continue to send feedback and suggestions by email to trimtabs@navtech.aero.

President and CEO, Navtech
