Message from the President and CEO

Dear Friends of Navtech,

Welcome to Trim Tabs, our new quarterly newsletter. Trim Tabs provides us with a way to share recent accomplishments and keep you informed of upcoming plans. At Navtech, we’re proud of our reputation for responsive customer service and this new communication vehicle enables us to be more proactive in supporting our customers.

I can hardly believe that it has been almost a year since I joined the Navtech team. Over this year, we have made great strides.  Some highlights include:

  • implementation of a CRM system that assists our Sales & Account Management teams to better serve our customers
  • enhancement of our 24/7 product support across all five products
  • improved issue tracking, using specialized software to trace customer inquiries
  • achievement of ISO 9001:2008 status, along with planned successive certification in 2010
  • integration of Navtech software solutions for Norwegian Air Shuttle in its electronic flight bag (EFB)
  • full transition of all Delta pilots to our crew planning system
  • successful launch of our new eCharts and SENC products
  • consolidation of our business under a single Navtech brand identity for consistency and easy identification

None of this would have been accomplished without the input and feedback from our valued partners and customers around the world. I am proud to say that Navtech is truly a global company poised to bring our customers enhanced products and services during 2010!
